National Educators are well recognized throughout the Paul Mitchell global network. Not only do they teach at schools but they also visit Paul Mitchell focus Salons to educate professional stylist.

Danielle Sedig, Future Professional Advisor

 Danielle would like to thank Peggy Lee and Alee Cao director and owners of Paul Mitchell the School Pasadena, Stephanie Kocielski, Mikel Sandoval, Danielle Valiente and Claudia Smith. Stephanie Kocielski has been Danielle’s mentor; she has given her great feedback. Danielle believes that feedback is the most important thing for growth.

Danielle is motivated by always reaching for the next level. She is also motivated by future professionals and graduates.

Her message is to utilize your tools, books, Paul Mitchell’s terminology throughout school. Don’t take anything for granted! Continued education should always be a top priority. Don’t settle for a salon without education.

A message from Danielle to those who are considering a career in this industry is “No matter what field you work, reach full potential, reach max skill. You take full responsibility. That is the reason I chose Paul Mitchell. Biggest lesson learned –there is a reason why Pau Mitchell is a brand. Respect the quality and tools.”

Denise would also like to thank Peggy Lee and Alee Cao for supporting her and always giving her great advise. All the staff for always making her feel special. Nessa Cao for encouraging her to pursue more, Stephanie Kocielski for pulling her a side and pushing her to catch her dreams, Claudia Smith and Mikel Sandoval for giving her the opportunity!

Denise is motivated by striving to the next step! Paul Mitchell has allowed her to be open minded, and always go further. People she works with have faith in her and that keeps her moving.

A message to future professionals and graduates is “REALLY…..keep going, don’t stop! Never limit yourself. The road is always continuing on. Always tell yourself to do more, don’t fouls on just one task. Step out of your bubble.”

Message to someone interested in the industry “Be ready!!! Have fun, learn and meet great people. Step into a new side of life! Work with people who have the same motives as you!”

Sam would also like to thank Peggy and Alee who has been her mentors, she is taking the first step of Alee’s steps in the industry.

Sam is motivated by striving for passion and never wants to stop growing. She is always up for a challenge. She has endorsed the Paul Mitchell culture. She loves the integrity of classes that helped her grow as an educator and stylist in the industry.

Her state of mind when faced with a challenge is to release nerves and bad energy. Stay neutral only keep knowledge. Filter your thoughts.
